100 KB Swings 16kg
100 Shoot Thrus (no dip/no push up)
100 Air Squats
*Every minute on the minute 10 Mountain Climbers (l/r = 1)*
Must stop whatever you are doing, drop and do them… then pick up wherever you were 🙂
