Workout of the Day
Part 1:
Every 2 minutes for 5 sets
1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
*You can drop the bar between the power snatch and the full snatch if needed.
Part 2:
3 Rounds
2 Minutes-
8 Squat Snatches 135/95lbs
with the remaining time in the 2 minute interval complete max reps of Double Unders
2 minute rest.
*Score is total double unders
