Class Times: MWF 530pm M, T, Th 730pm Sundays 9am
The program is based on providing athletes of all skill levels with high intensity interval training (HITT) geared for decreasing body fat while increasing lean mass. We incorporate strength work in the form of hypertrophy with dumbbells, barbells, and/or kettlebells.
This program is all about putting in the work- Just Train!!!
