Toes to Bar
Box Jump 30/24″
– KB will be brought to the hang position each rep, not to the floor.
Part 2: Gymnastic Strength/Skill
EMOM x 15 minutes:
Min 1 – 10 to 15 Pull Ups
Min 2 – 10 to 15 Handstand Push Up
Min 3 – Rest
– Use this EMOM to work on your technique and skill in the movements, not just to accumulate volume.
– Use the rep range to fit your ability, as well as choosing the style of Pull -Ups and HSPUs
– Pull Ups and HSPUs should not exceed 45 seconds each minute
