5×3 Power Cleans
Today’s focus is on pulling from the floor with both fast and slow movements. Attempt to find a 3RM on the Power Clean (you can drop the weight between reps, but a full 3 rep set shouldn’t take longer than 20 seconds)
Start at a challenging weight for both so that you only need to make a small jump on your sets. You may even fail on the finishing sets.
Scaling- Focus on mechanics, not load. Don’t worry about getting the sets in, just use your time today to practice the movements and get better!
