“We look at fitness as a lifelong journey.” At CrossFit Eminence we are a vehicle for life change. Anyone that has been a member at CrossFit Eminence for more than a few months can testify to the unique environment that is fostered by our highly-trained coaching staff and our inclusive community.
This place has become a “second home” for many of our members..
It’s a place they come to unwind, relieve stress and know that they can work on becoming their best self.
No matter what your background is, your age, race, religion, or political beliefs… In our gym, we are all athletes on the same journey. In our gym we all root for each other. We all push each other through difficult times, we all celebrate breakthroughs both physical and mental. In this gym, we all may look and act a little different, but we are all part of the CrossFit Eminence ‘Ohana.
The small ripple effect that occurs from nurturing happier healthier humans, extends from gym life to the world around us.

At CrossFit Eminence, education is important to us. We have Certified CrossFit (CCFT Level 3) Trainers, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainers, and USA Olympic Weightlifting Certified Coaches. You won’t find better coaching in the Thornton/North Denver area!
Our members work on their goals in a friendly atmosphere. Expect to be motivated. Expect to be inspired. Every single one of our classes – whether CrossFit, Cardio, Powerlifting or Weightlifting, are coached by trainers that are not only certified, knowledgeable, and inspirational, but also hand-picked for the Eminence community because of their passion, leadership, and dedication.
