Lifestyle Change: Maygen’s Summer Shred!

We love Maygen’s energy and determination at CrossFit Eminence!! And with her gymnastics background and work that she has put in with strength over the years with us, she has been making incredible strides towards her fitness goals. Maygen was very enthusiastic when she signed up for our 2022 Summer Shred Nutrition Challenge, and throughout the program she didn’t hesitate to ask questions and learn. She checked in each week, and had a lifestyle change as she adhered to her appropriate servings of veggies, lean protein, whole grain carbs and healthy fats – even when she went out to restaurants and bars with her friends and family! She also celebrated her birthday during the 12 weeks! Maygen lost a total of 22 pounds during this challenge. We are super proud of her. Great job, Maygen!!

A lifestyle change

I can’t say enough about how happy I am that I participated in the CrossFit Eminence 12-week Summer Shred Program. And I cannot believe my results! They are incredible!! I went into this challenge just wanting to get healthier. Little did I know how much this would teach me. I look at food in a whole new way now, and I learned what my body really needs. I also learned about discipline that I didn’t know I had in me.  This isn’t just a diet, it’s a lifestyle change that I am happy to make.

Focusing on nutrition

Don’t get me wrong this was hard. Adjusting to everything and figuring out what you are doing is rough. But I’m so happy I stuck to it. I had some crazy things going on in my life, and this challenge truly kept me on track and gave me something to focus on. I have never been this happy with myself – not just how I look, but proving I have the discipline to do this. Can’t wait to see how my performance in the gym is! 

Incredible results

I truly couldn’t have done this without the support of Coach Kat. She was the most incredible coach! She answered every single question I had and explained everything in full, so that I truly understood. I feel like with everything she taught me, I can continue this on my own and understand what I am doing.

This challenge is one of the best things I could have done for myself, and I am excited to continue this new lifestyle with everything I learned.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
