Our Halloween Party is set for 6pm on Friday night. Bring in some food and be ready to workout in your best costume. We will have a Halloween themed workout this year!
The gym is closed for the CrossFit Eminence Level 1 Seminar this weekend, so come join us to play some disc golf! Use your fitness outdoors!
We will also be starting a nutrition/diet challenge in November to make sure we don’t gain unnecessary weight during the holidays. There will be mini challenges within the challenge to provide more opportunities to stay healthy and win some prizes!
Our Cardio Club programming has been building to this 11/21 5k. We will race our normal 5k route, and then hang around after the race to eat and have some fun in the gym.
