Lil BeastsLittle Beasts Ages 5-9

Our “Little Beasts” kids’ fitness class teaches squats, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and even elementary gymnastic movements. These classes can improve physical skills, social skills, and confidence and are designed specifically 5-9-year-olds.

Future Beasts Ages 10-15

Interested in tween and teen fitness classes? We have the “Future Beasts” kids’ fitness program for 10-15-year-olds. As they transition from dumbbells to barbells, we have a strong emphasis on using the least amount of weight possible to provoke a growth response in the body.

Proper form is the number one priority in “Future Beasts.” These workouts are more intense than the “Little Beasts” program and provide more in-depth movements consistent with our adult programs.
