CrossFit Heavy Day

Heavy Day! We are testing our Snatch and Clean and Jerk today. This is a great opportunity to apply all the technique work that we have done over these past 9 weeks. Use today to build up to something heavy for the day, or continue to refine your technique.
If you have enjoyed these workouts, or want to continue to improve your lifts – we have coached Olympic Weightlifting classes throughout the week to help. We are currently in our preparation phase of our mesocycle to build up volume and will be transitioning to a competition phase, which will reduce the volume, but increase in intensity. You can jump in at anytime.
