3. Start Fundamentals
Fundamentals are 5 30-minute Personal Training sessions geared to get you ready for CrossFit. Click here to book Personal Training appointments. Once you complete Fundamentals you choose whatever membership option works the best for you.
You can do Fundamentals at CrossFit Eminence as one-on-one, two-on-one, or in a private group of up to twelve. Email us for details on group training.
What Should I Expect? Everyone is always welcome at CFE; we love beginners! Please show up 10 minutes early to fill out our waiver. You can come into our office. Parking is available in our parking lot, front or back of the building (more parking in the back). There will probably be a workout in session when you come. The music will be loud and you will probably hear weights dropping. Other CrossFitters and intro class participants will be arriving at the same time.
