CrossFit Eminence is stoked to be hosting the first ever 2022 Rad Fit Fest - an 80's themed Individual CrossFit Competition for the Average CrossFit Athlete.
This cool competition is comprised of 3 gnarly workouts and 1 fantabulous floater. The workouts will challenge your strength, fitness, and noggin', without utilizing high skill/technique movements, while providing a SWEET time.
Do you love to workout in 80s gear with 80s music? Is this your first comp? Do you want to "Push It to the Limit"? Then this comp is definitely for you, so come hang out!

When will the workouts be released?
- The workouts will be released individually to the Facebook event page, as well as Instagram before June 1st.
What is the refund policy?
- Refunds will be available prior to the signup cutoff (June 25th)
