Group classes led by Certified USA Weightlifting Coaches, to improve the Olympic Weightlifting movements. Participants are focused on improving technique, strength, and mobility specifically geared toward perfecting the snatch and clean & jerk movements. This class is open to all skill levels from beginner to National competitor. Programming for this class is offered 6 days per week.
Strength training class with an emphasis to develop raw strength through the use of multiple variations of the bench press, squat and deadlift. We work on near-max lifts weekly, while working on speed. Programming for this class is offered 4 days per week.
Open gym sessions for Eminence Barbell Club members to complete Olympic Weightlifting and/or Powerlifting programming provided by Eminence Barbell. This class is self-paced however, a coach is on-site to provide assistance when needed.
